Sunday was a glorious day! The weather had just enough of a chill in the air that we could believe that autumn was really here.
In the morning, we went to church, where one of my sweet students became a member.
Afterwards, we went to lunch at Tiny Tim's Pizza to celebrate.
I like this picture better - no one is looking at the camera except for me, and it wasn't a staged photo.
After lunch, some of the girls came over to have a read-aloud time of C.S. Lewis' The Voyage of the Dawn Treader.
Okay, we didn't get to this part of the story yet, but Eustace as the dragon is one of my favorite parts!
After going to small group at my church, I got to visit with my mom on the phone for a while. It was a good end to the day!
